1. References for Books

1.1. General Format

Basic format:

Author, A. A. (Year). Book title. Publisher.

Example:

1.2. Chapters in Edited Books

Basic format:

List the first 19 authors, followed by an ellipsis (...), and then the last author (without an ampersand before the final name).
