How We Work

1. Request a Quote: The first step is to complete our quotation request form. This form includes the required service and customer information. To access the page for requesting a quotation, please click here.

2. Quotation Submission: Once you’ve submitted the form to us, our team thoroughly reviews the information provided. Subsequently, we provide you with a comprehensive quote for the requested service.

3. Confirmation: Upon approving the quote, you will need to confirm your order by making a payment via credit card. To do this, click on the “Pay with Credit Card” link located in the top left corner of the quote.

4. Editor Assignment: We assign an experienced editor in your field to your project. The editor thoroughly reviews your document, initiates the process, and allows communication with you through our messaging system.

5. Project Completion: Once our editor completes the work, your document is uploaded to our panel system, and you will receive a notification email. Additionally, we offer a complimentary certificate upon completion of either editing or proofreading tasks. For detailed information about our certificates, please refer to this.
