6. Non-transferable or Non-modifiable Guarantee: A file eligible for re-review under the guarantee cannot be replaced with a different file or one belonging to someone else. Only the file deemed insufficient will be reviewed.
7. Service or File Change Request: If the author requests a change in the type of service or file, the final decision will be at the discretion of Academic Editor and may be subject to additional fees.
